Individuals can make purchases in the Barsell online store by logging in as an authorized buyer or as an anonymous guest.

Registration as a Customer

To register as a user of the Barsell online store, you need to fill in the required data fields marked with an asterisk on the online store website. The customer will receive an email confirming successful registration and account activation, with a link to click to activate the account.

Find Products and Add/Remove Them from the Cart

  • Products can be found in the "E-SHOP" menu item.
  • By clicking on the selected product, you can see detailed information and a description of the product. The product is sold only in packaging units. The number of units in the package is indicated in the description.
  • The availability of the product in stock or the expected arrival time will be indicated on the product page.
  • If the product can be ordered on demand, the arrival time will be indicated when placing the order.
  • Products can be added to the cart from the product page by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
  • By adding a product that is out of stock to the cart, you agree that the delivery time will be calculated from the date the product arrives at the warehouse.

View Cart, Confirm, and Purchase

  • You can continue shopping or go to the cart and complete the purchase.
  • In the upper right corner of the page, you can monitor the contents of the cart and access the cart.
  • By clicking on the cart, you will see the selected products and be able to change their quantity.
  • You will be presented with various transport options, as well as required personal information for the order and the choice of payment method.
  • The trading currency in the Barsell online store is the euro. The price of beer includes the excise tax on alcoholic products.
  • When forming an order for beer, the cost will include a deposit for the packaging (+0.10 euros) for each unit of packaging or a deposit for 1 keg (+30 euros).

Payment

  • Ordered products can be paid for via bank link (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, COOP Pank). After making the payment, make sure to review the online store's purchase conditions and check the boxes indicating you have read and agree to them. Payment is made outside the Barsell online store environment in the secure payment environment of the respective bank or service provider. Barsell online store does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. If an unsuccessful payment method is used, order processing will be stopped and an option to make the payment again will be offered.
  • After making a purchase and its payment, we will immediately send you a notification by email that the order has been received. If you did not receive an email notification, please call +372 5852 9099 for further information. The Barsell online store support service operates from 09:00 to 17:00.
