• Orders placed in the online store for products in stock are processed on working days (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 to 18:00. The usual order processing time is 1-3 working days. If desired, you can also choose a later delivery date. Once the order is prepared for the selected transportation method, the customer will receive a corresponding email notification. If the order takes longer to process or any issues arise, the customer will be contacted immediately, and the order fulfillment conditions will be further discussed.

  If there are any errors in the delivery invoice, such as unwanted items, incorrect quantities, etc., please contact our customer support immediately at order@barsell.ee or call +372 5852 9099 (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00). Upon receiving the order, the customer is required to immediately verify the product's compliance with the invoice. Non-compliant items (e.g., with damaged packaging or not ordered) should be noted on the delivery invoice and returned to the courier immediately. The risk of product damage or loss transfers to the buyer upon receipt.

  When ordering goods by courier, the buyer's age is verified by the courier. By accessing the website, you confirm that you are 18 years old. If the customer cannot prove their age to the Barsell private customer service manager, Barsell is not obligated to hand over the goods to the buyer and will not refund the purchase price or postal expenses in such cases.
